This logo is designed for a website that is an online music marketplace and a music information site. It's complete with music from the sixties to the present. Old musicians and young musicians. It's a list of up-to-date tour dates and selections of music CDs that you can't find in any store. A real gold mine.
The client, born in 1947, grew up at the same time as did rock and roll. So when initial ideas for the logo drifted towards tie-dye, leatherwork and a logotype that looks like it came off a Grateful Dead poster from the Fillmore Auditorium...she put a flower in her hair.
